Service Agreement

  • To avoid a reroute fee PLEASE ENSURE cans are out the night before your service date, if cans are not out when the driver comes it will be noted and time stamped.
  • If there is are more than two bags outside of the can there will be a fee of $1.00. Additional charges will be noted at the time of pick up, totaled at the end of the quarter, and will be added to the next quarters payment.
  • If items are excessively over weight items will be left for a bulk pick up at the owners expense, or the owner may resolve the issue so that items will properly fit in the can.
  • RECYCLE IS NOT TO BE BAGGED.
  • Please refer to our section on what can and cannot be recycled.
  • We reserved the right to cancel recycle service if there is a continuous contamination of recycling products.
  • Please make sure that all trash is bagged to control odors and potential littering.
  • Collection dates are subject to change and clients will be notified by email or phone. Please "like" or "follow" our facebook page for immediate updates concerning service. Thanksgiving and Christmas are our only observed holidays. On those occasions your collection date will delayed one day.
  • Change of pricing may occur due to fair market dump fees and regulations.
  • There will be a convince fee of $2.00 to process all credit/debit card payments. (Online bill pay/pricing already reflects this fee)
  • $35 Fee on all returned checks
  • Quarterly payments are due the 30th
  • $5.00 Late fee on invoices paid after the 30th
  • Once Quarter is paid for there will be no early cancelation refund.
  • Please contact us 15 days prior to cancelation. To avoid a $10.00 clean out fee please have company can empty and visible for retrieval within scheduled time.
